Privacy policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Guildhall is made by Tidewater Consulting Group ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you visit guildhallchat.com (the "site").
This site and the Guildhall app are separate
This policy covers the site only. The Guildhall app runs on a server operated by the organization that deploys it. Messages, accounts and other content in the app are stored on that organization's server, not on this site, and that organization decides how they are handled. If you use Guildhall at work, ask your employer or administrator about the data in it.
Information we collect
- What you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request.
The site has no user accounts, sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
How we use it
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host the site and deliver our email, and when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our records. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
